We publish only well-researched
and well-written books
We are a new imprint but hardly new to publishing. Our plan is to publish readable family histories that are of interest to the general educated reader, not just to family members, and we plan to stay small. Family Origins Press is actually an imprint of a larger, established literary press.
Those interested in submitting should consult our submissions page.
Those wanting to pay a press to publish books should look elsewhere.
Family Origins operates with the print-on-demand features and distribution capabilities of Ingram.
Our first book, Dr. Gail Craven Fail's latest book, will be Craven Family History. It is now available to order from bookstores everywhere, on line or local.
Dr. Gail Craven Fail makes use of her training in methods of scientific research to examine a wide range of Craven family matters. You will be delighted with her lively writing about elements from Celtic civilization to today, from The Domesday Book to genealogical studies, from Devonshire to dogtrot, from Robert de Craven to Gorman Craven, and much more.
